Q: If your machine is showing a red light, please check the pod first: A: Reopen the machine and check the following: 1. The capsule's holes are not clogged. 2. Coffee that is ground too fine will block the capsule's holes. 3. Coffee that is packed too loosely – make sure to add four level scoops and tamp tightly.
