This item was designed to save you money and be eco-friendly. However, some customers may not be accustomed to using a new product. There are two important points to consider:

1. Experiment with a few different grind sizes, and we recommend using a finer grind.
2. Verify the compatibility of our capsule with your coffee machine before placing an order.

Some customers have also suggested a simple solution: the problem may not lie with the pod itself, but rather in the way you grind and tamp the coffee into the pod. A finer grind or a slightly tighter tamp can prevent the water from flowing through the coffee too quickly.

Our CREMA VERSION illy capsule is 100% brand new and of high quality. Crafted from stainless steel, it is not only good for your health but also designed for unlimited reuse. Each capsule can hold approximately 5g of coffee powder, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of a reusable system.

This capsule is compatible with a wide range of Nespresso machine models, including Nespresso U, CitiZ (excluding D110 Krups), Pixie, Le Cube, Essenza, Maestria, Lattissima, Inissia, and Concept. However, it is not compatible with Dolce Gusto machines, Essenza C100, Essenza Mini C30/C40, Krups CitiZ Milk, Nespresso Pixie 60, or Lattissima+ en520.s.

The unique snap-on design of the capsule allows you to customize your coffee experience. You can choose your preferred coffee beans and grind them to the optimal consistency, which should be neither too coarse nor too fine. Dark roast coffee beans may work best, as the brewing process for this reusable capsule differs from single-serve disposable pods.
