We've tested over 10,000+ times on the vertuoline machine, and these lids work with all vertuoline machines on the market (vertuo GCA1, vertuo plus, vertuo pop, and vertuo next). If you meet a red light, please do not worry and check: Check Grind Size: Excessively fine grinds that can clog the lid's holes. Opt for fresh dark roasted medium grinds (check the grinds of original pods) for the best results. Also, leave about 0.3 inches space between the coffee and the reusable lid to allow for proper water flow.

How to Brew Strong Coffee: use an used vertuo pod, remove the foils and clean it out, fill with dark roast with a medium-fine grind, lightly and evenly press down the grounds, leave 0.3 inches space between the grounds and the lids, press the cap firmly and evenly onto the top of the capsule, insert into the machine and brew!

Tip: Ensure enough and fresh fine-medium grounds! Using coffee grounds that are too fine or too tightly packed can easily lead to clogs. Insufficient powder may cause lid collapse, resulting in weak coffee and grounds left!

The flavor is dependent mainly on how precisely you grind and fill the pod. Check with the original pod and fill with your favorite medium grounds, brew, and enjoy your own blends!
